During last wine fair Wine Paris, we have organized a conference with the top wine institutions experts. Our topic was : « Is tradition still the future of wine ? » Are traditional winemaking techniques and the rules governing them (AOC, IGP) still in sync with consumer demand ? The development and success of Vins de France, organic and (or) biodynamic wines as well as natural wines would seem to suggest otherwise. Are they a passing phase – and therefore short-lived – or a long-term trend ?

Speakers :
Nicole ROLET – Owner of Domaine du Chêne Bleu & initiator of Fine Minds 4 Fine Wines
Samuel MONTGERMONT – Chairman of Vin & Société and Chairman of the Rhone wine company organisation
Bruno KESSLER – Chairman of the national marketing association for Vins De France & Director of the wine division at Cordier
Jacques CARROGET – Winegrower at Domaine La Paonnerie & Chairman of the organisation for the protection of natural wines
Jean-Louis PITON – Chairman of INAO
Philippe BIDALON – Chairman of MOVIS, was replace by Pierre GUIGUI.
Vladimir KAUFFMANN – Editorial Director of the Revue Vinicole Internationale (RVI)
